Nexora by Xscape Interactives · Last updated October 15, 2026

1. What this covers

This explains what Nexora (the “Service”) collects, why, and the choices you have. Nexora is made by Xscape Interactives (“we”, “us”).

2. What we collect

Account: your username and password. We don’t ask for an email address, phone number or real name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not readable by us.

Profile: display name, status, bio, avatar, banner and theme you choose to set.

Content: messages, reactions, pictures, files and voice-channel signalling you send. Photos you upload have their metadata (such as location) removed before upload.

Activity: which spaces and friends you have, who is online, and a “last seen” time (you can hide this in Settings → Account).

Devices: for security we keep a list of your signed-in devices (browser/app type, approximate sign-in time, last activity and IP address) so you can see them and log them out in Settings → Security.

Safety: reports, blocks and moderation actions (warnings, mutes, suspensions, bans) are recorded so that moderators can keep Nexora safe.

3. How voice and calls work

Voice and screen sharing go directly between participants (peer to peer). Audio and video are not recorded or stored by us. Your IP address can be visible to others in the same call because of how this technology works.

4. Why we use it

To run the Service, show your profile and messages to the people you chat with, keep accounts secure, and enforce our Terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

5. Who it’s shared with

Other users see what you choose to share (profile, messages in spaces and chats you’re in). Our hosting and database providers (such as Supabase and Vercel) process data on our behalf to run Nexora. We may share information if the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile, hide your last seen time, block users, enable two-factor authentication, change your password and log out other devices in Settings. You can ask the site owner or a moderator inside Nexora to delete your account and data.

7. Keeping data

We keep data while your account exists. Deleted messages and removed accounts are removed from the live service, but copies may remain briefly in backups.

8. Children

Nexora is for people aged 13 and over. If we learn a younger child has an account, we may remove it.

9. Changes

If we make an important change we’ll tell you in the app.

10. Contact

Questions or requests about your data? Contact the site owner or a moderator inside Nexora. See also our Terms of Service.
